From persistent worry and panic to burnout and overwhelm — we'll uncover what your anxiety is trying to tell you, and find calmer ground together.
Bereavement, miscarriage, relationship endings — grief comes in many forms. I offer a safe, unhurried space to sit with loss and find meaning within it.
When life feels flat, heavy or meaningless, therapy can illuminate what's underneath — and help you reconnect with a sense of self and purpose.
Whether it's family tension, friendship patterns, romantic difficulty or simply the way you relate to yourself — we explore the connections that shape you.
Exploring who you are across cultures, generations, and life stages — particularly for those navigating mixed heritage, displacement or finding their voice.
Career pivots, parenthood, divorce, retirement — when life shifts, therapy helps you process the change and move forward with clarity and confidence.
Gentle, paced work with traumatic memories and their imprint on the body and mind — always at your pace, never beyond what feels safe.
Understanding the roots of self-doubt and building a more compassionate, grounded relationship with yourself and what you deserve.

This varies enormously. Some clients work with me for 6–12 sessions; others find longer-term therapy more beneficial. We'll regularly review how things are going and what feels right for you.
The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. I'll ask about what brings you to therapy and what you're hoping for. You're welcome to ask me anything too — there are no wrong questions.
Yes — everything shared in sessions is confidential. The only exceptions are if I have serious concerns about your safety or that of another person, in which case I would always aim to discuss this with you first.
Currently I work with individuals only. If you're looking for couples counselling, I'm happy to signpost you to a trusted colleague.
